Terms of Service

Commission Process

Physical Items

  • Orders must be made through Etsy or Vgen.

  • I will contact you after the order is placed to discuss details.

  • I will communicate through the platform the order was placed by default, but we can discuss another form of communication if needed.

  • The steps of production are as follows: Discussion, Digital Draft, Physical draft, Lamination/Shipping.

  • I will ask for approval at each step.

  • Changes can be made at any step BEFORE lamination/shipping.

Digital Items

  • Orders can be made through VGen or any public social media or email.

  • We will be in contact through the platform the order was made from.

  • The steps of production are as follows: Talk about design, Sketch WIP, Colored Final Draft, Details, Delivery.

  • I will ask for approval at each step.

  • Changes can be made at any step BEFORE delivery. Changes after delivery will only be done if the error was due to my mistake.

By commissioning, you agree to the Following:

  • I maintain the rights to all art created by me.

  • I am allowed to decline a commission or order for any reason.

  • You may not use my art for profit (reselling as your own or at a mark up.)

  • Orders for minors must be made with parents permission per Etsy, VGen and/or Paypal rules.

  • Violating these rules will result in a blacklist.

Payments and Refunds

Physical Items

  • All payments will be made through Etsy or VGen.

  • Orders must be placed before a digital draft is produced.

  • If there is no communication within 3 days of payment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be awarded.

  • A full refund can be given BEFORE a physical draft is given.

  • A partial refund can be given once the physical draft is started.

  • NO REFUNDS will be given after laminating/shipping.

Digital Items

  • All payments will be made through Paypal or VGen.

  • Payment must be sent before work begins.

  • If there is no communication within 3 days of payment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be awarded.

  • A full refund can be given BEFORE work starts.

  • A partial refund can before the final draft is colored.

  • NO REFUNDS will be given after final details.

  • do hateful, bigotry, or political themes.
